Privacy policy

Browsing data: the website is hosted by Vercel, which records technical data such as IP address, browser type, requested pages and time of the request in its server logs. This is needed to run and secure the website.

Data you send us: when you write to us on WhatsApp or by email we receive your name, phone number or email address and any information you choose to share, such as dates, number of participants and special requirements.

We use the data you send us to answer your request, prepare our proposal and manage any booking: the legal basis is pre-contractual measures and the performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

We use browsing data to run the website and protect it from abuse: the legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

The website does not use profiling cookies, analytics or advertising tools. Fonts, images and videos are served from our own domain.

If you write to us on WhatsApp, the message goes through the WhatsApp service, which processes data under its own privacy policy. Vercel may process browsing data outside the European Union, with the safeguards required by the GDPR.

The website links to other websites (for example the Marina d'Albori restaurant, the AmalfiCove holiday homes, Click&Boat, Google and Instagram), which have their own privacy policies.

We keep request data for as long as needed to handle the request and, if you book, for as long as required by law.

You can ask for access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and object to processing, by writing to homesalernoamalficoast@gmail.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).
